Caitlin is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in sports and orthopedic care for endurance athletes, Level 3 IBFI Bike Fitter, and certified triathlon and run coach.
Caitlin started dancing at the age of three, which she feels is a large contributor to her lifelong fascination with the human body and how it moves. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in 2019 and spent the next four years working at a highly specialized biomechanics lab and physical therapy clinic. She has crafted her bike fitting skills under the mentorship of Dr. Larry Meyer and Tony Corke in the UK.
Caitlin has her Certification in Applied Functional Science from the Gray Institute and utilizes principles of 3D movement patterns to create individuated assessment, treatment, and training plans.
On the side, she races triathlon professionally, focusing on the full Ironman distance. She understands the demands that endurance sports place on the body, which she feels is a critical component to treating her patients and clients successfully.
She truly enjoys working with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to Olympians. She is incredibly passionate about educating and empowering her patients and clients to take charge of their own health to optimize performance and improve longevity.
